How to Make These Easy Eyeball Cookies

Step 1: Mix, Scoop Dough, and Bake

Prepare the peanut butter cookie dough as described in the recipe section below. Scoop the dough into 1-tablespoon balls and place each portion into a greased mini muffin tin. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 8 minutes or until edges are set.

Step 2: Press in Peanut Butter Cup

Remove the pan from the oven and immediately press one miniature white peanut butter cup into the center of each hot cookie. The heat will soften the chocolate and help the candy stick to the cookie.

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1½ teaspoons baking soda
  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour

  • Green M&M’s

Instructions
